Throughout the process, Capital Run provides daily “Transaction Updates” where senior management and the BOD can measure progress, determine and address any issues of concern, and adjust the marketing strategy if necessary. These updates qualitatively track investor interest and interactions, monitor the status of all “to do” items, update the team realtime on relevant competitive and capital markets events, and highlight marketing and documentation milestones. Our partners present regularly to the BOD.
